Payment-first on everything: one-time work is paid upfront, monthly plans are billed at the start of each month, and work starts after payment (Payment-First Policy). Business intelligence and reporting
What it is: dashboards and reports built from your TMS, ERP or IBM i data, in Power BI or a similar tool. Who it's for: owners and managers who want their numbers in one place instead of spreadsheets.
Dashboard project from $2,000 (16 hours at $125/hour, fixed price after scoping, paid upfront). Monthly report upkeep from $250/month (2 hours). Power BI Pro licenses are $14/user/month from Microsoft, billed by Microsoft or passed through at cost.
Training
What it is: hands-on classes for your staff on Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, Teams, your TMS, security awareness and more, delivered by vetted trainers we hire for the job. Who it's for: office staff, dispatchers, and school and municipal teams.

Custom software development and integrations
What it is: custom tools and integrations between your systems: TMS, accounting, IBM i, ticketing tools, websites and APIs. Who it's for: anyone whose systems don't talk to each other.
$125/hour, or a fixed bid after scoping. Small integrations from $2,500 (20 hours). Fixed bids are paid upfront; hourly work is bought in prepaid blocks.

What it is: a Super Intelligence (SI) voice agent that answers your line 24/7, texts your on-call tech, and transfers urgent calls. Who it's for: dispatch and IT on-call lines.

Yard & Gate Camera Vision
What it is: we connect your yard or gate cameras (any camera with an RTSP video stream, or new cameras we spec for you) and use Grok vision AI to read tractor unit numbers, trailer numbers and license plates as trucks arrive. Each read is checked against your fleet list or load list, and your staff get a simple screen to approve a read or override it. Results can feed your TMS or ERP, or fill in your gate paperwork. Who it's for: carriers, yards, warehouses and shippers that log trucks in and out by hand.
Example: at Example Freight's south gate, a tractor pulls up. The camera reads unit 4127, trailer 53-0918 and its plate, matches them to today's load list, and the gate clerk taps Approve. The arrival time goes straight into the TMS.
$2,500 setup per gate or lane, plus $199/month per gate for monitoring and tuning. Cameras and installation hardware are billed separately at cost (quoted per site), and AI vision usage is passed through at cost. We only spec cameras from manufacturers that are not Chinese-owned.
Hands-on expert jobs
What it is: when a job needs hands on keyboards, we do it as our own fixed-price, prepaid service, performed by a vetted OTRSI subcontractor. Who it's for: VAN/AS2 and TMS setup, network work, and on-site visits.

Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 Setup
What it is: a fixed-price, remote setup of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for your business email and files. Who it's for: carriers, fleets and small offices moving off old email hosting or starting fresh on their own domain.

How payment works: you pay the $499 base online before work starts, and tell us at checkout how many users you have, which platform you want, and how many mailboxes to migrate. Extra users and migrated mailboxes are invoiced separately by Square after we review your intake, and that part starts once the invoice is paid.
Terms: remote only. Payment first. You buy your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 licenses directly from Google or Microsoft, and they bill you for them. We never need your old email passwords, and we never store them: mail is moved with admin-consented migration tools.
Example: Example Freight has 14 office users on Google Workspace and wants 3 old mailboxes moved. That's $499 today, then a Square invoice for 4 extra users and 3 mailboxes.
Microsoft 365 is a standard setup. Not included, and quoted separately on request: hybrid or on-premises Active Directory sync (Entra Connect), Intune and device management, and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Network, security and Microsoft 365
What it is: firewalls and VPNs, Wi-Fi, backups, endpoint security, Microsoft 365 work beyond the standard setup, email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Who it's for: offices, yards and shops of any size.
Remote work $125/hour (1-hour minimum, prepaid). Projects get a fixed bid, paid upfront. On-site work is done as a hands-on expert job.
Web presence and social media management
What it is: a business website, plus ongoing social media posting and reporting, delivered with a design partner. Who it's for: carriers recruiting drivers, small businesses, and public offices that need a clear website.
Websites from $3,850 (up to 5 pages). Social media management from $750/month. Website builds are paid upfront; monthly plans are billed in advance.
