Guarantees and refunds
- EDI fixes: automatic full refund if we can't find the cause. If the fix doesn't work, one free revision, then a refund on request within 14 days.
- Monthly plans: cancel anytime, effective at the end of the period. First month refundable within 14 days.
- Expert jobs: paid upfront; our subcontractor is paid only after you confirm.
Your data
- Encrypted in transit and at rest; rates and addresses can be auto-redacted
- Deleted after 30 days, or sooner on request
- Never used to train AI or shared between customers
- We never ask for production passwords
